Save Money Instantly by Preventing Wasted Feed.
Waste Reducing Design:
They are made to instantly save you time and money. With a revolutionary Silo Inspired Feeding Bay, Chickens are unable to thrash and rake food onto the ground. With the use of Horizontal and Vertical Paddle technology your Hens can't rake the feed onto the ground. Less food on the ground means more money in your pocket.
If you Chickens have developed Selective Feeding behaviour due to the use of a Scratch mix, we recommend changing to Pellet feed. Scratch mix is the feed which is bright and colourful with grains, corn etc. The problem with Scratch mixes is Chicken pick out what they want to eat and leave the rest. This means that you end up with more wasted feed. It also means your Hens are not getting the essential nutrients they need. Pellet Feed is made with a balance of nutrients that your hens and poultry need. Years of research and development have gone into the design and manufacturing of Dine A Chook Chicken Feeders to make sure they work.
Our Patented Rain and Gutter System keeps Feed Dry even in the Biggest downpours. Once again Save money by not having to replace wet feed. The Rain and Gutter System was developed for Farmers in Far North Queensland Australia. It was made to cope with Tropical Downpours. And it works. It is one of the World's Best Engineered Chicken Feeder with Rain Cover. Stop food spoiling and keep it dry.
Rodent and Wildlife Resistant:
The Dine A Chook Automatic Chicken Feeder together with a Good Coop Management Plan ensures your Coop will be about as Rodent Proof as you can get. The Rain Hood helps prevent rodents from getting to the feed while the Height from the Ground helps prevent them coming up from the Ground. It also aids in stopping other pest birds and Wildlife. Save your money by only feeding your chickens and Poultry.
Benefits of A Dine A Chook Feeder over a Hanging Feeder or Treadle Feeder.
Hanging Feeders: Don't underestimate the Intelligence of Rats and Vermin. Whilst they might seem to have an advantage, Hanging Feeders are not totally Rat proof. It doesn't take Rats long to realise they can climb down the rope or chain to get to the Feed. Also, many Hanging Feed Units fail to address the Rain meaning Feed can be open to getting wet.
Treadle Feeders: Although we feel they are better than a Hanging Feeder, they still are not Rat Proof. Working as a team, Rats learn to stand on the step to open the Feeder and access the Feed. Treadle Feeding Units are also not ideal for poor weather when a Chicken opens the lid, rain gets in wetting the feed.
The reality, regardless of advertising or marketing claims, there simply is no 100% Rat Proof Feeder. What we can tell you based on customer feedback, the combination of a Dine A Chook Feeder as well as a Good Coop Management plan is a highly successful way of preventing Rat Infestations. Our waste reducing Feeder keeps food off the floor. If you keep the Coop clean tidy and clean you shall all but eliminate Rats.

Chickens took to it straight away. Keeps food clean and dry and only needs filling every few days. So pleased going to purchase the drinker to go with it.

We’ve only got three chickens on out Allottment and we was going every day to see them as the feeder didn’t seem to let the food drop, saw dineachook and for the price gave it a go, the hens took to it straight away and it lasts about three/four days, now thinking about the drinker top product

I bought the dineachook feeder and water feeder and what a fantastic idea. No mess, chickens caught on quickly how to use it, great if you are away for couple of days as you can fill it up and will last for about 3/4 days depending on how many chickens you have, I have 4.
