Shipping Charges

Shipping for ALL deliveries to UK and Ireland is calculated by weight. For mainland Europe shipping rates are calculated by weight of order also and will be visible on checkout. You may also calculated delivery prior to checking out.

 

Delivery

Due To Covid-19 All orders are shipped from our Main Warehouse In Australia via Express Courier International Freight. Transit times may be up to 4 weeks for your parcel to arrive.

Please note that a signature is required upon receipt of your goods.

We are pleased to offer the following methods of payment:

  • Visa and Mastercard - Credit Card payments are processed through STRIPE

 

Returns

At dineachook.co.uk  we adopt a 'full refund, 30 day return policy'. If the goods are unopened and are returned in 30 days we will be happy to provide a full refund. 

If you need to return your goods, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
