Great drinker for 5 hens
Posted by Nabil Sheikh on 24th May 2018
I purchased this for my brother who has five hens. It is a good design and can be easily attached to the cage using the pegs at the back. Or you can use the brackets (included)
The drinker cups are of high quality and can easily attached and removed for cleaning.
It has a lid to stop debris from getting into the water. This can be easily removed to empty or refill with water.
If they were to improve the design, and this is me being picky and not a criticising the product, they could have twin drinkers welded together.
The drinker I purchased sprank a leak after a few days, but staff at Dine a Chook happily sent me a replacement. I would recommend this company and product to anyone keeping chickens professionally or for pets.
Pricey but worth it

This is the second one I have bought. I needed extra drinkers for more hens. They work flawlessly. Keep the water off the ground and the lining cups stay clean. The tube excludes light and algal growth is dramatically reduced. Well thought out and well worth the money

Best drinker I've bought and it keeps the ducks out of the chickens water which is fab. Easy to use and clean and plenty of clean drinking water for my chickens. Very very happy with purchase.

Dirt does get into the cups, which is why I've rated 4 stars not 5, but it is easy enough to get it out with the hose. These are much better than conventional drinkers. I shall be ordering another one!

Bought these to replace my traditional feeders and drinkers as I got fed up of scooping wood chip and poop out of them several times a day. These are amazing, haven't had to do it once. Expensive yes but to me worth every penny
