Shipping and Returns

Shipping Charges

Shipping for ALL deliveries to UK and Ireland is calculated by weight. For mainland Europe shipping rates are calculated by weight of order also and will be visible on checkout. You may also calculated delivery prior to checking out.



All our orders are shipped by DPD Couriers, with 99% of our orders being sent the next business day after payment has been received.

Your goods are DPD insured for any loss or damage that may occur. 

Please note that a signature is required upon receipt of your goods. We also provide a friendly text service that will alert you one hour before your courier is due to arrive providing you've given us a mobile contact number. 


When receiving this text message, you have the options to change delivery date, nominate a neighbour to sign and receive the package or choose to pick up from a different location.


Payment Methods

We are pleased to offer the following methods of payment: 

  • Paypal 

  • Cheque/Money Order - Postage details are provided upon checkout completion. Please note that your goods will only be posted upon your funds clearing. 

  • Visa and Mastercard - Credit Card payments are processed through STRIPE



At dineachook.co.uk  we adopt a 'full refund, 30 day return policy'. If the goods are unopened and are returned in 30 days we will be happy to provide a full refund. 

If you need to return your goods, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
