Dine a Chook offers a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We understand that sometimes it is hard to know exactly what you are getting when shopping online. And sometimes when you order a product, it is not quite what you expected.
Please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your Dine a Chook purchase. It could be that by following installation or maintenance guidelines, our product will meet your requirements. Contact with our representatives will also allow you to negotiate your satisfaction guarantee and to find out how you will be recompensed should you wish to return your purchase.
Our policy is that we will accept returns where notice is first given (via email or phone) of your decision within three (3) days of product delivery.
Please keep your item and the original packaging until we make contact with you about the return.
After we have approved your return, you will be asked to send your purchase back to us via registered post. We will not be held responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged if they are not insured or registered.
In the case of a mistake on our part, return postage will be refunded by Dine a Chook.
In the case of a change of mind, return postage will be paid by the customer.
Please note that refunds and exchange credits are available for goods only in the case of a change of mind. Postage will not be compensated, as the freight that we charge at checkout is regularly less than the actual cost of the courier or postal network. In the case of deliveries containing large items to international and rural destinations, the actual freight cost may be deducted from the refund given if the balance is greater than that charged on purchase.
Other terms and policies
1. Sales Tax
Please note that all prices displayed on our website include Sales Tax for purchases within Ireland.
For customers in the UK or Europe, the prices on our website are our current international prices.
2. Orders from customers located outside of Ireland
Credit card payments made by customers located outside of Ireland must be insured by the Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code program. Please contact us if you are an international customer requiring an alternative payment option, such as money order, check or bank transfer.
In the case of delivery outside of Ireland, a customs levy or tax may be imposed by the foreign government. It is the responsibility of the customer to investigate import regulations, where relevant, prior to placing an order. Dine a Chook takes no responsibility for fees and charges imposed by a foreign government.
3. Delivery Policy
Wherever possible, your purchase will be shipped the next business day after payment.
We use a range of shipping agents, including but not limited to An Post, Royal Mail and DPD. Service times for delivery vary depending on your location and the best delivery method for the product you have ordered. For an estimated delivery time, please contact us via email.
If any of your goods arrive broken, please contact us to arrange the return of your item for a replacement.
